Stockholm Grand Tour med buss och båt

The first hour is the bus tour. It was not clear at all where to meet the bus around the park. Had to ask around with other Stromma guides. Audio on the bus was incomprehensible. I tried 6 different seats/jacks and the audio had interference from other languages in the background at everyone of them. My husband had same issue with his earphones and jack. I switched to other languages and interference was the same. It was impossible to understand anything at all being said. Two hour boat portion of the tour in contrast was perfectly understandable and enjoyable even in the rain!

Wonderful tour. It was done primarily by recording with ear phones but was great! Stockholm is such a beautiful city! We caught a bus at the port and rode 1.25 hr to Stockholm.The tour did not provide the bus but told us which to come on. The bus driver added so much to the tour! Thanks Owe!

First of all, let me say that something was to be rather bad for me to give a low rating. Stockholm was the last stop on a 2 week trip in Scandinavia/Baltics. My dissatisfaction started because the location information was too general, not specific enough, for that busy area. I have since read other reviews stating the same. We arrived 30 mins prior at the location indicated on our Viator voucher. There were several buses in the area, and we could not decide which was ours. When we finally identified it, the agent - a dark-haired woman - was extremely rude. She told me that we were confused because we had purchased the tour online and not locally. I explained that we had purchased the tickets through Viator she snapped that she had not ever heard of Viator. She continued to insist that we had created the problem by not buying directly from the local agent who supposedly would have been very clear. By then, we were not even sure if we were at the right place. If it had not been for the kindness of the bus driver, we would still be in the dark. He took great effort to get us seated and properly connected. The bus tour itself was OK but could have been skipped because it rushes through the city. The boat ride was much more pleasant and in many ways a duplication of the bus ride. I know...one is in town and one on water. As mentioned in an earlier review, the boat tour lasted longer than indicated because of waiting times at the pier. The tour description did indicate it might be longer, but it was an hour longer. Stockholm is a wonderful city, and most people are courteous. The company needs to find a replacement for that one worker. I ordered my tickets through Viator because of good experiences. However, I would suggest visitors to Stockholm go with Hop-On Hop-Off for a bus and boat tour.

Disappointed as not a lot to see on the bus. The boat trip duplicated the route on the return. Would be good to get off at the far point.

Great Because: - Very Informative - Great Boat Ride - It was Stockholm in a nutshell - The information given through the headphones To improve: - Absolutely need a sign board telling people where is the meeting point at the meeting point. We and many other parties like us were going in circles trying to find the meeting point.
