Stop At: Firostefani, Firostefani, Santorini, Cyclades, South Aegean

After picking you up at a place of your choice, stop at Firostefani. stroll through the village towards the famous blue-domed churches where you have the opportunity to explore this traditional village on your own. You will also see and learn about the geological formation of the island, the genesis, and history of Santorini.

Stop At: Oia, Oia, Santorini, Cyclades, South Aegean

The proposed tour covers the island's major sights, such as the village of Oia, filled with whitewashed building's overlooking the island's caldera.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Akrotiri Archaeological Site, Akrotiri 84700 Greece

Santorini is also home to its own ancient ruins: the site of Akrotiri, an ancient Minoan village that was buried by the island’s colossal volcanic eruption. Don't miss the chance to see the incredible, well-preserved remnants of the settlement for yourself.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Red Beach, Akrotiri Greece

Afterwards, it’s on to the island’s appropriately named Red Beach. Named for their distinctively colored sand, and offer stunning views over the Aegean Sea.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Perissa Black Sand Beach, Perissa 847 03 Greece

On way to the south, stop to explore the famous black beaches and its nice viewpoint. Take many beautiful pictures of this unique landscape.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Santo Winery, Pyrgos 84701 Greece

Lastly, wind your tour down with an indulgent stop at a local winery. Santorini has produced its own wine since ancient times, and sampling its varietals is the perfect way to get a taste of the island’s history.

Note that bespoke itineraries and custom additions to the tour are also available. Your tour will conclude when your private driver drops you off at your accommodation, cruise ship port, airport, or any other preferred location.

Our 5-hour tour of Santorini was everything we wanted it to be and more. Theodore helped us navigate the crowded, busy streets of Oia, took us to all the best spots on the island, and gave us great history and cultural lessons along the way. There were several places, like the caldera's heart, that we never would have been able to find on own! You could tell that he loves his job and that he is passionate about what he does, which really goes a long way. It was a very hot day and he was very considerate about giving us extra cold water and making sure we were comfortable in the heat. He also took so many fantastic photos of us, many of which will be treasured forever. When we decided last minute to have a sunset dinner at a winery, he took us to his favorite winery and got us one of the best tables with a fantastic view without a reservation on a very busy night! We will forever be thankful to Theodore and to Kallisti Tours for providing such a great memory of Santorini.

We loved having a private tour of Santorini! Our guide was amazing. He took us everywhere we wanted to go in a beautiful Black BMW SUV. The highlight was the Moni Profiti Ilia Monastery. It rests on the highest point in Santorini 1,701 feet high. You can see the whole southside of island from road then the north side from the courtyard inside the Monastery. View is beautiful. Visited Black and Red Beach, Family Winery, and other beautiful views of this gorgeous island! Private tours are the way to go you have one on one attention and no others but your party to contend with. Our driver was absolutely great!
