Tillbringa lite tid i Midgård när du utforskar Hobbiton-filminspelningsplatsen, och lyssna på intressanta berättelser om hoberna på den här halvdagsturen då ni besöker filminspelningsplatsen för och jordbrukslandskapen i Sagan om ringen. Efter en 45 minuter lång resa från Rotorua kommer ni fram till Hobbiton-filminspelningsplatsen, som byggts upp på en fårfarm i Nya Zeeland och som är en av de sista strukturerna som finns kvar från de berömda Sagan om ringen-filmerna.

Ni utforskar Hobbiton-filminspelningsplatsen och byn där Bilbo Bagger bodde och där jakten på ringen började. Posera framför en hoberhåla eller vid dammen där guiden roar er med berättelser och okända fakta om inspelningarna av de här Hollywood-succéfilmerna i Nya Zeeland.

Du behöver inte vara en Sagan om ringen-fantast för att gilla den här rundturen med alla natursköna vyer på den norra ön, men om du är ett äkta fan, blir den här rundturen såklart ännu mer speciell.

I only saw Lord of the Rings part 1 so I’m nit really a fan and don’t know much about it. This was a good experience...but for the price, for me it’s pricey...

Even though I have not seen the movies I greatly enjoyed this tour. The sheer magnitude of the set blew me away. I think I will try to see at least one of the movies when I go home. Well done

I absolutely loved this tour. Pickup from Rotorua was easy and the trip over went quickly with fun videos about Hobbiton and the films. Our driver was also telling us along the way sights we were seeing. The actual tour was so fun and a perfect day for it! My only negative was I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had beautiful weather and enjoyed this experience. The landscape is beautiful and I loved the gardens and flowers. The clothes on the clotheslines made me smile. Our guide was knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning information about the making of the movies.

How wonderful to be able to visualise the Hobbiton movie set. This amazing place enabled you to relive the movies and see the house of Bilbo Baggins and all the other Hobbits. We had a very knowledgeable guide named Charlotte who kept us in the loop with sites and gave us plenty of time for photos. Even our bus driver Danny kept us entertained with his commentary on the way there. Complimentary drink at the Green Dragon and then back home.Great adventure.

It was quite disappointing that we were not allowed to roam freely to explore the sets ourselves. The place was absolutely packed and we felt like sheep being herded around the sets, very little opportunity to stop and look as there was another tour group right behind us. Not really worth the money.!
