Brian was a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The small group was ideal. Would recommend this tour anytime.

We’ve done many food tours in different cities and we love the mix of interesting food and history that we wouldn’t necessarily pick up from a Wikipedia article of the area. The food was good (portions were very small), but the history was lacking.

The Food and Culture tour would have been better with audio enhancers. We could not hear many of the presentation, unless we were very close to the guide. Also, it probably went a little too long, almost 3 hrs. We had to rush off for another tour. The food sampling was okay, but would be better, if it started a little sooner.

Definitely a highlight of a 9 day trip to the big Apple. Tour guide was well versed in NY history and the food stops were great. From the Five Points to Chinatown to Little Italy and Nikita. Bravo!

Even though I come from that area, I learned things that I never knew. Our guide Brian made the tour fun and even more interesting by adding little things like our impromptu stop at Cha Cha’s Macha.

Not much on the food side to this tour. Was expecting more, but this tour missed the mark. Not sure why others think they got full.

Brian gives an excellent tour. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and the food was fantastic! It was a little bit history tour and a little bit food tour. The perfect cultural experience!
