Välj mellan de olika avgångstiderna och standard- eller VIP-shoppingalternativet när du bokar. När tiden är inne möter du upp guiden i centrala Milano och stiger på den bekväma, luftkonditionerade bussen och påbörjar resan till Serravalle Designer Outlet, som tar ca en timme.

Vila dig från shoppingen på någon av Serravalles restauranger och kaféer. Avnjut en glass på den tilldragande gelaterian, koppla av över en kaffe eller ta en bit mat på pizzerian, bistrobuffén eller någon annanstans.
När shoppingen är avklarad lastar du in dina kassar i bussen och återvänder till Milano, där resan avslutas med avlämning vid avgångsplatsen.

Paid for upgrade but didnt get any upgrades. No 10 discount. No priority boarding. No 10 Euro lunch coupon. A complete ripoff to upgrade. The mall was wonderful similar to any American premium outlet mall. No disappointment with the mall, just the unfulfilled and unrealized premium upgrade which should be avoided.

Though a fairly long drive out of the city - about 1.5 hours each way - the coach bus was comfortable. It looked like it had a restroom on board, but unfortunately, it seemed to have been locked. There's no rest stop along the way. There are a lot of high end shops at Serravalle Outlets, and when I went, the January Saldi sales had just begun, so there were lines just to get into the high end shops. Most other shops, though, did not have lines formed outside. There are many shops that you won't find back in the U.S. and I found different products there than I did at the same shops in Milan. I found a pamphlet in Milan for the outlet whereby filling the form gets you 10 off regular priced items if you take it to Guest Services. The bus dropped us off and picked us up near Guest Services, so I recommend getting your discount card before shopping, if you're not there during one of the sales seasons.

Shuttle bus that takes you to the mall then picks up to return to Milan. Well organised easy day out with bargains to be had.

This is a must. The deals are phenomenal and the service impeccable. Our hands could not contain the amount of bags they carried. Worth the trip!
