Möt din guide vid St. Paul's Cathedral och ge dig sedan iväg på en promenad för att bekanta dig med Londons finaste gamla pubar. När du har passerat berömda sevärdheter som en före detta Shakespeare-teater går turen till Blackfriars i London. Som Storbritanniens bankcentrum i ungefär 2 000 år är det inte konstigt att London är hemvist för några av Londons äldsta pubar. Gå in på någon av invånarnas favoriter och upplev en rejäl Londonkrog i all sin prakt – med träbord grupperade runt en hästskoformad bar. Smutta på lokal kvalitetsale (ingår ej) och insup den livliga atmosfären medan guiden berättar om till exempel den medeltida väggfrisen ovanför baren.

Gå ut och promenera längs Fleet Street, en annan Londonstadsdel fylld av historia. Vandra genom kullerstensgränderna som är typiska för den här delen av staden och kliv in på en pub från det sena 1600-talet som är undangömd på en sidogata. Välj bland det stora utbudet av öl, ale och cider på fat (ingår ej), slå dig ned och lyssna på guiden berätta om brittiska litterära storheter som en gång drack här – bland andra Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Charles Dickens och Alfred Tennyson.

Lämna puben och gå bort eftermiddagens öl på en skön promenad till Covent Garden, en kort bit bort. Passera fler historiska pubar längs vägen och få tips från guiden om andra vattenhål att besöka i huvudstaden för mer öl eller kanske en middag på egen bekostnad.

This was one of the best tours we have done. Freddie our tour guide was fantastic, his knowledge of the history of London and then the pubs themselves was A+ , there were 12 of us in the group and he made it such a fun experience with full details of suggested drinks at each stop. The tour itself went to 5pm but we were all having such a good time we were still there at 7. Totally recommend this tour as a great way to get to know London.

My friend and I decided to do this tour while we were in London and since we were there for only 24 hours and wanted to make the most of it. It was so much fun! We learned some history of London, the great fire, Winston Churchill, cock fighting and we got to enjoy pubs and beverages along the way. Our tour guide, Freddie, was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He made the tour fun and interesting. His knowledge of London's history and his knowledge of the ales and gins that we enjoyed was outstanding. I highly recommend this tour!
