Learn to cook up to six traditional Cambodian meals including a refreshing Mango Salad, a mouth-watering Fish Amok, crispy spring rolls and sweet Sticky Rice Balls for dessert

Taking a cooking class is an unmissable experience when in Siem Reap. Memories of those mouthwatering Cambodian flavors will stay with you long after you return home. These classes start with a nice touch: a visit to a local family. You’ll take a stroll through the village, learn about homegrown herbs and vegetables and discover more about cooking in a Khmer household. A gift of rice is provided to the family as thanks for their participation. Then it’s time to get stuck in! Together with your local chef and guide, you’ll get a hands-on cooking experience with tips and recipe cards so you can reproduce the dishes at home. Mango salad, fresh spring rolls, Cambodian curry and tasty desserts are some of your menu choices. And the best part? You can taste all your creations once the cooking’s over!
