Blir sannolikt slutsålt! Biljetter till den traditionella luau-festen på Maui är ofta slutsålda veckor i förväg. Boka i god tid så slipper du bli besviken.
Du välkomnas med en blomsterkrans (lei), en tropisk drink och ett personligt souvenirprogram, innan du visas till din sittplats av värdarna. Det passar bra att tillbringa en stund åt att bekanta sig med området omkring Old Lahaina Luau. Gå till vattenbrynet och se när kalua-grisköttet grävs fram ur den traditionella hawaiianska underjordiska ugnen. Därefter blir ni eskorterade till Hale A'i (matsalen) där ni får avnjuta en middagsbuffé.
Vid solnedgången kommer kvällens föreställning igång. Den prisbelönta produktionen berättar historien om det hawaiianska folket. De medverkande på festen är stolta över att kunna framföra huladansen så som den är tänkt att framföras, nämligen med kärlek och vördnad. Föreställningen börjar med bakgrunden till migrationen, visar den ursprungliga huladansen, Kahiko, för att sedan avsluta med den mer nutida huladansen.
När du bokar Mauis traditionella luau-fest anger du om du vill ha en traditionell sittplats på gräset med kuddar precis framför scenen eller om du vill sitta på stol vid ett vanligt bord. Drycker från den förstklassiga öppna baren ingår hela kvällen.

We brought our granddaughter to Maui and wanted her to have a Luau experience. After researching many different options we decided to attend the Old Lahaina Luau and are very happy we did. The location is perfect and is in the perfect location to witness a beautiful sunset. There are many interactive stations and photo opportunities before the actual luau begins. I have to say that I have attended other luaus and the food was mediocre, but the food here was exceptional. Every dish was really good. While the dancers were performing there was a light rain which really added to the ambiance. Our server was very friendly and made sure we always had drinks and that we were having a good time. If there was one thing I could wish for it would have been a fire dancer. But everything was perfect and our granddaughter had an amazing experience, I would highly recommend this luau.

We picked this luau because we wanted a show that was more authentic and real rather than a gameshow style. This did not disappoint! The grounds are stunning, drinks are great and your server keeps them coming all night or you can go to the bar yourself. Food exceeded our expectations and the dancers were so talented! They talk of history and culture and every dance has a different vibe. We had a great time and highly recommend Old Lahaina Luau!

We got rained out but what we saw looked great. I did call to see if it was going to happen because of the rain and forecast but they told me to come so we did. Didn't get a chance to enjoy any of the food but enjoyed what we were able to experience. Offered a full retund.

A great place to learn about the origin of the Hawaiian people and their culture. Well organized from parking to the end of the program. Good opportunity to meet people from around the globe. Great food with adequate choices for vegetarians and a great cultural program with good introduction. Very friendly and caring staff. The program is all outside and hence the co-operation of the weather man is essential.
