Overall Excellent. The driver and and guide excellent. Some passengers use too much parfumerie. Bigger vehicle might be better. Highly recommended!

We saw a lot of film locations over the course of the day, but the tour was just the right length and we were back in the city before sundown.

I went with a friend who wasn’t really into the show. She loved it advice much as I did. Struan was a great tour guide. The day was most pleasant from Blackness Castle to Culross. There was ample time to see the sights, shop, enjoy the tearoom. We capped the end of this day with dinner at Greyfriars Bobby!

Struan did a fabulous job as our tour guide! This excursion was entertaining for Outlander fans, and for those who have never seen the show. I was a little worried that my husband would be bored, but Struan kept everyone entertained with both show knowledge and history of the areas we visited! I highly recommend getting the Explorer Pass (You can use to enter some of the castles on this trip, as well as many other places around Scotland.) and taking a few £ for entry to Midhope Castle. Great excursion!

Our guide, Barry was knowledgable about Outlander and interesting. It was apparent he had spent considerable time researching the locations filmed for the series. Going into the open castles was like walking back into time.

Our guide, Barry, was a gem. He gave us history of the area, in addition to Outlander tidbits. We had a grand time.

The tour was great, our tour guide was actually an extra on Outlander. The only negative is that the tour did not include admission to the castles on the tour and that should be clearly explained. It did not affect me and my friends as we had purchased the Scottish Historic Pass to use while in Scotland, but there were others on the tour that it did affect.

James Kennedy, the tour guide, was exceedingly friendly, accommodating and caring. He drove through a dangerous wind storm on Sept 19 and tried his best to get us to all the sights listed on the tour. There were road closures due to falling branches so he took alternate routes. He is to commended. The tour itself was informative and insightful despite the wind. James pointed out all the relevant features and spoke knowingly of the scenes that were shot there. We highly recommend this tour and if you can get James to be your guide you would be as fortunate as we were. Also we were booked for the 18th but had to switch it to the 19th and the company accommodated us at the last minute.

Highly recommended. One way to see the outskirt of Glasgow - Culross, Falkland Village, St. Andrews, Blackness etc. No worries if you have not personally watched the TV show. The driver tour guide we had was excellent !.His name was James Mckinlay, very amiable , funny and accommodating. Look for him if you want to do this tour. No regrets!

Fantastic tour! Our guide James with Slainte was just wonderful. Right from the start, he was friendly and welcoming, 100 committed to us having a great time and answering all of our questions. Our tour included a visit to Blackness Castle Fort William, Midhope Castle Lallybroch, Doune Castle Castle Leoch, Falkland Inverness and Culross Cranesmuir. He even arranged for a lunch for us in Falkland in a quaint Scottish tea room with amazing scones and a whisky toast atop Culross wall, overlooking the gardens used in scenes with Claire and Geillis. He was an Outlander extra in Seasons 2 and 3 as well which made for great shares and interesting tidbits we would never have known otherwise. Beyond all of that, he is a photographer and leads various photo tours of Scotland. He was always willing to take pictures for us and made sure that we got the shots we were looking for. This was a must-do for all of us as we've been long time Outlander fans and first time Scotland visitors. Couldn't have asked for a better guide.
