THIS WAS GREAT!! MARCO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE.. OUR GROUP WAS SMALL AND WE COULD ASK QUESTIONS AT ANY TIME DURING OUR TOUR. IT GIVES YOU A NICE OVER VIEW AND HELPS YOU GET USED TO THE CITY CINDY FROM NORTH CAROLINA

Tour guide was super friendly. Very informative and thorough. Her English we very understandable. We saw amazing things in Florence but most importantly enjoyed walking through the lesser used side alleys that open up to more amazing monuments. Highly recommended if you have good shoes and 2.5 hours :P Our tour ended on opposite direction of where it started. However it is so hard to get lost in the city center. Just use the Duomo Cathedral as a landmark and it is easy to navigate We all got free Gelato at the end.

Not as good as our Rome day tour. Could not hear the guide, her English was OK but not great and she did not explain things in a way that was easy to understand
