Beijing Cultural Tour: Forbidden City and Temple Heaven and Summer Palace

Your guide and driver will pick you up at your Beijing hotel at 7:30am, this tour initial starts at the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces group with 500 years history in the world. You'd like to visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours. Additionally, on the way to Temple of Heaven, you will have a chance to visit the Chinese traditional medicine herbs shop. After having a short rest, you'll visit the Temple of Heaven -- the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world where the ancient Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. It will takes about 1 hour.

At noon, you will enjoy Chinese lunch (40 minutes) in Restaurant. Next, you will travel to Summer Palace in the afternoon, which is the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. Summer Palace is regarded as a museum of gardens in China. The itinerary in Summer Palace takes about 2 hours. Lastly in the late afternoon , you will be transferred back to your hotel.
